Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is to fulfil customer satisfaction. In the event, that you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money (except the shipping charge)., provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine print of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
Cancellation Policy
For Cancellations, please contact us via Whats App within 1 business day, request received later than one business day will lead to payment gateway charges for cancellation. There is no cancellation done when the product is dispatched from us.
Refund Policy
Below are the terms and conditions before claiming a refund.
- The refund request should be given on the website immediately once you receive the parcel.
- All refunds are processed only to the wallet on the website, no cash/bank/UPI transfers are done.
- The amount added to the wallet can be used for your upcoming purchases, the amount added to the wallet cannot be moved to your bank account.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless otherwise noted. No refund or No exchange is authorized, it must be accompanied with an original receipt.
- No warranties, exchanges, or refunds on any DRY GOODS (Lighting, pumps, etc.) However, if the product is defective or needs to be serviced, please contact the manufacturer first prior to contacting us. If for any reason the manufacturer cannot help, let us know and we will try our best to assist you.
- No exchange, refunds, or warranties on any CUSTOM MODIFICATION FABRICATION to aquariums, lighting systems, filtration, etc.
- The credited amount on returns may be limited based on the assessment of Aquarium Depot’s employees.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as Food, Fish, Medicine, Fragile, Plants cannot be returned
Warranty
The majority of products do not have a warranty, but a few do, and that is clearly mentioned on the product description page.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your website wallet account again. Usually, refunds take about 2-3 business days.
As we need to check whether the entire order case is real or fake once upon approval if the request is found to be a genuine refund request then the only refund will be done, Other State order Wallet refunds usually take 4 days to 7 days. Customers can reuse the wallet refunds for their upcoming orders.
